About

Greetings,

My name is Chad Harbaugh and I am currently living in Salt Lake City Utah. Since 1996, I have had extensive work experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, strength and conditioning for athletes, post-physical therapy rehabilitation, college anatomy instructor, yoga teacher, and most recently Professor in the Exercise Science Department at Salt Lake Community College.
I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science in 1996 from Eastern Illinois University. Completed my Masters in Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and a 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher certification in 2009 from 7 centers Yoga in Sedona, Arizona.
In my free time I challenge my mind and body connection with yoga, long distance trail running, rock and ice climbing, backcountry skiing, and stand up paddle paddle boarding . Being connected with the outdoors has brought centered experiences in my life and work.

GOALS:
My aim in creating a website is not only to provide an informational and educational approach to health and wellness, but also to provide a holistic approach to healing the body and mind during difficult times. I hope to provide insight on exercise, meditation, yoga, or nutrition as a way of coping with everyday stresses. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves through the connection of mind and body.
